We are happy to invite you to attend the 17th Meeting of the International Bone and Mineral Society (IBMS) to be held in Montreal, Canada, June 24-29, 2007.
In keeping with the IBMS tradition of scientific excellence, we will be developing an exciting program offering cutting-edge research on bone and mineralized tissue, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of metabolic bone diseases. We encourage you to come and enjoy the very high level of science that you will find with IBMS in Montreal.
Once again we will be offering plenary sessions, oral presentations, poster presentations and society awards. We invite you to join us by submitting your abstracts early on for review by our Scientific Committee. IBMS has a history of placing particular emphasis on young investigators in the field and we will be offering “Meet the Profession Sessions” and tutorials to meet our young investigators' needs. One of the highlights of the IBMS Meeting continues to be the New Investigator Awards Session.
We are pleased to be hosting our scientific program in Montreal, the “Gem of the St. Lawrence river.” As one of the oldest cities in North America, Montreal is truly an experience, with old world charm, French joie de vivre and a unique modern style. We will be delighted to have you join us at the newly expanded and colorful Palais des Congres de Montreal, which offers multi-functional facilities for lectures, workshops, exhibition, posters and catering.
